Placing an order

Payment

Tricea NG currently supports bank-transfer payment for orders. Payment instructions are provided during checkout.

An order requiring bank-transfer payment may remain pending until the payment has been received and confirmed by Tricea NG.

Order confirmation and cancellation

After an order is submitted, you may receive an order confirmation containing relevant order details.

We may cancel or decline an order where payment cannot be confirmed, a product is unavailable, information supplied is materially incorrect, or circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide the applicable refund or other resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within Nigeria. Delivery charges and available delivery arrangements are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery timing may vary depending on your location, order processing, courier availability, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and exchanges
